Hey, I’m Callie!

So let’s start from the top, I’m a thirty year old sassy Welsh gal who loves to chat on the internet and some how I managed to forge a career out of it. I am now a speaker, writer, occasional model and podcast host for my very own podcast The Confidence Corner.

Life is mostly spent with my handsome husband Dan in our flat in East London. When we’re not lazing on our cozy sofa we are jet setting around the world together and sharing our trips along the way.

Good lipsticks, strong WiFi, photography, food and friends make my heart happy.

There are many things I’ve gotten wrong in my life but I’m grateful for continued growth and love in this partnership. ❤️
Research shows that spending time in Nature has been found to help with mental health issues and I can attest that it has for me. ⁣ I’ve found solace on my bike these last 12 weeks, we’ve been cycling along canals and through the marshes
This morning I opened up every door in my house to let the air flow through. meditated in the garden. drank a huge glass of water. stripped my bed, blasted my time goes slow playlist. went to the farmers market. prepped some meals for the week. made
