A love letter to Autumn — Callie Thorpe

Summer, you are really something special, you come with long, warm days, bbq's, beer gardens, and summer dresses but I'm sorry to say that I have another love. It's not you its me, well actually its Autumn. The colourful leaves on the trees, the crisp days where the sun is shining really bright, I just can't get enough. Whilst I loved the heat of a summer day, nothing brings me more joy than pulling out my leather jackets and my duster coats and enjoying the change in the weather. I am ready for the cups of hot chocolates and the nights in with the heating on and I am so ready to not sweat my entire face off every time I step on to the London Underground. I'll take the rainy afternoons, and the muddy boots for the freedom to live my satirical fashion dreams, because we all know that A/W is the best season for fashion. So I'm sorry summer, its just not going to work out, I have to move on, me and autumn, we have some catching up to do.
